Sau khi Đệ Nhất Thế Chiến kết thúc, tại Hoa Kỳ xuất hiện giới tài phiệt thống lĩnh thị truờng kinh tế thế giới, lẫn chính trị.  Đặc biệt ở Hoa Kỳ kinh tế phát triển vùn vụt như hãng xe GM - General Motors , hệ thống nhà banks JP Morgan , thị truờng chứng khoán Standard , State Empire Building - nhà cao tầng nhất ở New York & ở Hoa Kỳ vào thời bấy giờ ,.. vì những giới tài chính nuớc ngoài họ ùn ùn mang tiền vào Hoa Kỳ buôn bán

Tới giờ tôi mới biết ngày xưa ông John D. Rockefeller có cá tính hay cho đồng 5 xu với câu nói nổi tiếng :  

 Đồng 5 xu này tôi tặng là tiền lời của 1 đô trong vòng một năm đó nhé
