No smart phone - no app .

As the 2016 European football competition starts tomorrow in France (10 June - 10 July), we want our guests to have the information they need to stay safe and enjoy the atmosphere of this fantastic event.

The French Ministry of Home Affairs has launched an application where you can find real-time information on ongoing security alerts, safety tips, and useful information in case of emergency. You may download it in French or English.

The SAIP App (“Système d’Alerte et d’Information des Populations” or “Alert System and Population Information”) will be especially helpful if you are staying in one of the tournament’s host cities: Paris, Saint-Denis, Nice, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Saint-Etienne, Marseille, Lille, Lens or Lyon.
In addition, helpful information will be shared on Twitter by the French Ministry of Home Affairs (@Place_Beauvau) and the Paris Préfecture de Police (@prefpolice).

In the unlikely event that you need to contact emergency services, 112 is a free phone number that connects to local emergency services across Europe.

We wish you a safe and unforgettable trip!
