Cô Tân Lê, sinh năm 1977 tại Việt Nam là một nhân tài xuất chúng trong cộng đồng Việt Nam tại Úc. Cô và người em gái nhỏ cùng mẹ là thuyền nhân đã đến Malaysia sau 5 ngày 5 đêm lênh đênh trên biển. Cô lớn lên, tốt nghiệp Luật khoa và Thương Mại tại Úc. Với kỹ thuật điện toán sử dụng tư tưởng điều khiển máy rô-bô, Tân Lê đã mở ra một kỹ nguyên mới trong lãnh vực này. Cô Tân Lê cũng là một luật sư, một doanh nhân nổi tiếng tại Úc và trên thế giới.

Cô Tân Lê là đồng sáng lập viên và Chủ Tịch của Emotiv Systems, một công ty khai triển năm 2003 tại Úc Châu sử dụng Não Quản Điện Tử để thay đổi hệ thống phát minh trên Thế Giới.

There’s a reason computers, cell phones, and even basic remote controls come with instructions: We need to learn how to use them. “But imagine a device,” says Tan Le, founder and president of Emotiv Systems, an electronics company focused on brain-computer interfaces, “that learns how to use you.” In December, Le unveiled the company's first commercial device, the EPOC headset ($299), which plugs into a USB port and makes it possible for specially designed computer apps to be controlled and influenced by the player's mind and facial expressions. “It senses your neurons firing,” Le explains, “and, over time, it starts sensing your intent -- whether you want to move forward or backward, or jump up and down.” Though the headset is being buzzed about primarily as a gaming interface, Le also points out that similar tech is being used to control electronic wheelchairs and prostheses, and could be an early step toward a host of devices -- lights, TVs, billboards -- that respond to our mental commands. “We’re really just scratching the surface of what’s possible,” she says
